Terms & Conditions

Lash Appointment T&C

​All services require an appointment retainer fee paid upon booking. The remaining balance will be due once services have been completed. Service payment can be made via cash, an approved payment card, any electronic money sharing app (i.e. CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal), or a payment plan selection (through Cherry or Afterpay).A card MUST be on file in order to move forward with any services. Should the card not be saved upon booking, it will be added to your profile at the end of your initial service at The Beauty MOmentum. Should at any point the card be removed or declined, until corrected, services will not be scheduled.Any maintenance services booked directly through me after the initial appointment, will NOT require an advanced retainer fee, but WILL require a card to be on file for any future booked appointment.​Retainer Fee's are Non-Refundable, but are Transferrable if you cancel your appointment outside of 48 hours before scheduled start time and rebook your appointment to take place within 7 days of cancelled appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled outside 48 hours to avoid any penalties. IF you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment's scheduled start time, a $75 Cancellation Fee will be charged to the card on file and you will be forfeited a transferrable retainer fees. A new retainer fee will be required before rescheduling your appointment. IF you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment's scheduled start time, a $100 Cancellation Fee to the card on file.  IF you no-call, no-show, a $100 No-Show fee will be charged to the card on file. In a any situation, if there is no card on file and/or payment does not go through, you will be not be able to schedule any new appointments until the no-show balance is paid. In the event of a no-show, you will also be required to pay the service fee in full at the time of booking.

 

​​No Refunds

The Beauty Momentum does not offer refunds once services have been completed. There is a 48 hour "happiness" guarantee on all services rendered allowing The Beauty MOmentum to correct and adjust any service problems. You must contact your artist within 48 hours in order for a "fix" to be done. Outside of 48 hours, you will be charged the regular appointment fee.​​

Mobile Services T&C

Mobile services require a travel fee that will be added to your service total. Any location within 10 miles of home base, require a $25 travel fee.  Anything outside of 10 miles from home base will require $50 travel fee. There is maximum service distance of 80 miles. IF you are wanting services outside of the distance maximum, please email info@thebeautymomentum.com for further assistance.
